Regional Sales Manager

Sterling™ Manufacturing Company is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Tira Sujanpur, Himachal Pradesh. This is a fast-track sales role: you will build our distributor network in Tira Sujanpur and the surrounding region, and drive monthly primary sales for LED lighting, fans, wires, switchgear and related electrical goods.

For the first 6 months you must appoint new distributors every month and meet the monthly sales target. If you meet all 6 months of targets, you are promoted to State Head.

This role suits a hands-on sales professional with an active distributor and dealer network in Tira Sujanpur, who wants to grow quickly into state leadership.

• At least one new distributor must be appointed every month for the next 6 months
• Promotion to the next stage only after the monthly distributor targets are met
• Appoint new distributors in Tira Sujanpur and the region every month for the first 6 months, with no month missed
• Activate first billing with every new distributor within 30 days of appointment
• Meet the monthly primary sales target every month for 6 months
• Career path: Regional Sales Manager → City → State Head
• Promotion to State Head after all 6 months of targets are met, with State Head salary and benefits
• The promotion is based only on performance; there is no waiting period after 6 months

• Achieve the monthly primary and secondary sales targets for Tira Sujanpur and the region
• Make a monthly sales plan by product, distributor and territory
• Track order booking, billing, dispatch and achievement every day, and close gaps quickly
• Grow sales within company pricing and credit policy

• Use your existing network to start appointing distributors in the first week after joining
• Cover every major market in the region with active distributors and dealers
• Review distributor stock, investment and market coverage every week
• Replace inactive distributors quickly, and stop price undercutting and market conflicts

• Open new towns, markets and untapped territories around Tira Sujanpur
• Develop institutional, project and B2B orders
• Run dealer meets, product demos and promotions
• Improve product availability and visibility at retail counters
• Track competitor products, pricing and schemes

• Collect payments on time and keep receivables within credit limits
• Send accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports covering sales, collections and new distributors
• Present a monthly review to management

• 6+ years in channel sales, with distributor appointments in your track record
• An active distributor and dealer network in Tira Sujanpur and the region
• A consistent record of achieving monthly sales targets
• Background in electrical goods, LED lighting, fans, switchgear, wires or appliances
• Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)
• Good with MS Excel, email and CRM / sales reporting tools
• Ready to travel across the region 15–20 days a month

• Performance incentive: up to 20% of fixed salary, paid quarterly on target achievement
